Much like Irvin Yalom, an American existential psychotherapist, I believe that therapy must be tailored to each individual, as we each walk a unique path and encounter distinct challenges along the way. The most empowering aspect of therapy is that you remain in the driver’s seat; my role is to help you navigate the obstacles that may stand in the way of living your most authentic life.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, blending traditional methods with innovative healing modalities, such as mindfulness, somatic work, and creative expression. Central to my work is a foundation of compassion, respect, and understanding. My passion lies in working with a diverse range of individuals, particularly emerging adults and their families, helping them overcome life’s hurdles and discover deeper personal growth.
In addition to my therapeutic practice, I am now proud to offer faith-based Christian counseling. For those seeking spiritual support alongside emotional and mental well-being, I integrate biblical principles and Christian teachings into our work, providing a faith-centered perspective on healing and personal development.
I have received specialized training to assist clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including adjustment disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, grief and loss, and developmental disabilities/Autism Spectrum Disorder. Regardless of the challenge, I am committed to walking alongside you in your journey, helping you find peace, purpose, and healing.

Welcome! My name is Brianna, and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker. I have experience treating depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and working with adolescents who have experienced trauma. Regardless of our age, circumstances, or past, we all have the capacity to grow and heal. I firmly believe that mental health is not a battle to be won, but an ongoing journey.
As your therapist, I take an empathetic and understanding approach. I utilize a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness techniques, and a person-centered approach, all tailored to your unique needs.
