Taylor Blanket, LCSW FOunder and Owner

Much like Irvin Yalom, an American existential psychotherapist, I believe therapy must be tailored to each individual, as we each walk a unique path and encounter distinct challenges along the way. The most empowering aspect of therapy is that you remain in the driver’s seat; my role is to help you navigate the obstacles that may stand in the way of living your most authentic life.

I take a holistic approach to counseling, blending proven therapeutic methods with spiritually grounded practices that foster emotional, mental and spiritual growth. Central to my work is a foundation of compassion, respect, and understanding. My passion lies in supporting a diverse range of individuals, particularly emerging adults and their families, helping them overcome life’s challenges and grow in wisdom, strength, and resilience.

I am honored to offer faith-based Christian counseling. For those seeking spiritual guidance alongside emotional and mental well-being, I integrate biblical principles and Christian teachings into our work, providing a faith-centered perspective on healing and personal development.

I have received specialized training to assist clients with a variety of mental health concerns, including adjustment disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, grief and loss, and developmental disabilities/Autism Spectrum Disorder. Whatever challenges you face, I am committed to walking alongside you in your journey, helping you find peace, purpose, and healing.
